I made these for a baby shower gift

A friend of the family is having a baby girl in a few weeks. So I whipped these up for her little girl. I had fun making these as I changed a pattern I have (thanks Misty). it is lined with fleece to keep her new toesies warm this winter. I also made her several other items. Burp cloths, bibs, and a pouch carrier(lined with fleece) for the winter months. She loved every item I made for her, I am glad..:) to see a happy face and see the joy that she is going to be a mommy again after 19 years is soo cool.. I hope to upload more fotos of my creations, including my buggers....

Hi, I am new at this so be patient with me please. lol.. I am me....I love to read and write but LOVE to sew. taught myself several years ago and I still consider myself new at it. I am always learning everyday. I sit at my sewing machine I have an idea and sew away. I open my journal and write away.. I have come up with short stories that will curl your toes and I cannot for the life of me write sappy ones. They usually wind up being horror stories I wonder if that is because of my childhood? hmmmm... Anyway my 15 daughter got her hands on one and read it. Afterwards she came looking for me and gave me the wierdest look..lol but what teenager doesn't give you wierd looks? She said I had the sickest mind ever! Supposedly I had beat Steven King on sick writtings...Now that cracked me up, me? better than Steven King? No way!!! He is the master of suspense and horror novels.. I bow down to him.lol....oh well... if I ever decide to write one here I will post a "warning" on it..heehee..rubbbing hands here with evil intent...Nah just messing with you..
